Account Deactivated message on all Disney Log-ins

Just checked. Same thing.
The did a big system update last night. I was on the site when it started and everything just stopped working with no message until I closed the tab and restarted.
Wow but the IT is really atrocious. I wonder if this was supposed to be an update for the new 2 factor authentication that they had to revert from because it didn't work either.

I mean, I thought you must've done something to have your account deactivated.
That was my initial thought "Maybe I did something?". But having been the victim of identify theft before, I was also suspicious that someone had tried multiple times to log into my account.
 
Yes I just got off the phone with Disney technical support and was freaking out myself I did something wrong or got hacked.

According to the person I talked to it's a global issue affecting some users si they added me to the support ticket.
Very frustrating but he was able to verify my bookings without me asking so felt much better.

I hope that doesn't mean we each need to report it. I'd hope they figure out how to correct the mistake they've made without that. Grrrrr

I doubt it. They said they are aware if an issue affecting "some" users. My husband works in IT for the county I work for so this isn't something that out of the ordinary unfortunately , just really scared me that I was hacked or worse as I just had my resale contract finalized and thought "Oh no did I do something??" , but no just classic issues.

It affects things like my shopdisney account too but thankfully if I needed something can use my alternative or husband's login.

1 407 939 4357. The fact they could verify my bookings as a dvc member without me furnishing the dates first and said they could see it on their end was very comforting.
 
Happy to report my account is okay, all points and reservations accounted for.

Getting account deactivated too. Get it together Disney. Tried to use the chat to add my account to the list they are checking on, since you can do that without logging in. I picked "My membership" the available choices and the agent immediately just said I can call to as my questions, here's the phone number. *chat ended*

Was going to link my Swan reservation to my account, and I’m deactivated too. At least we have a few weeks before our next (DLR) trip. Sorry for anyone having to deal with this at the parks!

Thanks. I tried the DVC IT option and just got a regular DVC CM who had no idea of any issue and wouldn't report it nor transfer. He did not get the best feedback from me. I'll wait a bit but do need access to the account within the next day.
