A glass of Cabernet tonight as I watch the roast cook in the slow cooker. Got it at the farmer’s place two days ago. Asked DH to sear it. He took a nap. So I seared it. Now it bathes in the rest of the Cabernet for a while.
What’s everyone else doing?
 
I’m thinking whatever is cold in the fridge tonight. I’ve fallen right off the keto bandwagon, and into a bag of Fritos. Time to wash it down.
Edit: I chose Guinness. Yummy.
