Give Topolino's Terrace a try. The atmosphere is similar to California Grill (top floor of a hotel, onstage kitchen, kind of dark, fireworks viewing, etc.), and the food and service are both outstanding.

Happy you got California Grill. What a nice start to your trip! We are doing our first couple-only trip in December also, but we are really going for a laid back vibe, so I am planning on no ADRs, other than whatever we do for the Candlelight Processional package.

California Grill at night is amazing! Ask if you can be seated by the window, you’ll have an amazing view of Cinderell’s castle and the fireworks.
