In the fall it took them 2 months to process my return after 3 phone calls and 2 online chats. A return this month took over 5 weeks. I've decided to not purchase gifts on shopDisney!

We return to retail locations. It isn't close to our house, but easier than trying to ship it back.

I used to but we no longer have one near use unless I drive 3+ hours. Ironically, I was in Disney World, but couldn't return items there!
