Here's something surprising that I learned yesterday that might give Disney competition to reopen their stores and expand them to other stores. My mother told me that Macy's partnered with Toys "R" Us to sell toys during the holidays along with FAO Schwarz and it seems like a smart thing to do and also to revive the TRU chain. Now I often wondered why Disney Stores didn't partner with Macy's instead of Target or JCPenney? Because Macy's seems to want to be the king of everything and a Disney Store partnership with Macy's would've have saved the stores from closing and made it better. But as
ShopDisney is growing I don't think we will see Disney Stores revived but I think Disney is planning to make the closed Disney Stores into Disney Store Outlets. And maybe perhaps Disney will think about adding the World Of Disney Stores to malls rather than in the parks
