Yeah!! Been waiting forever for this. Of course, I have no idea anymore what even happened!!

Double-posting, but in other news - we decided last-minute to go to WDW for President’s Day weekend, and we got a great deal on a studio at the Boardwalk (renting through someone’s DVC points).
I’ve always wanted to stay at the Boardwalk - never have - so I’m excited! I hope it lives up to my expectations more than the Polynesian did…
personally, if I'm not getting 1.5 cents a point I'm using it for the next trip but I plan ahead 80% of the time I find this value or more.I am so shocked at these responses to be honest! Using points versus paying easily $300+ nt in cash?!!!? Who are you people?!! Hahaha! I guess it really goes to show, points don't always prevail just cuz its the free/cheaper way to do things. Will definitely have to look into staying in the park based on these recommendations now. I will say, we absolutely HATE camping or anything that resembles "roughing it", so I will have to look at the cabins ya'll suggested. So glad I asked this!! You guys are amazing, as always, with the help
I think I found own answer if this is correct...Has anyone used the $300 Venture credit yet? Do you know if it can be used on multiple purchase, IE, a $125 purchase and a $200 purchase, to trigger the credit?
You don’t have to wait, since you haven’t been getting Chase cards on a regular basis. The support links aren’t great but it is an easy CP with a small MSR. I’m doing the same, but I have been getting a new Chase card every 3 months, so I’m waiting the recommended 3 months.Aiming for my 22-23 Companion Pass. Currently at 2/24 and was approved for SW Biz Performance on 1/7/22. Already hit MSP and wanna apply for a personal but want to make sure I time it right. Last personal Chase app was 8 months ago.
Should I wait at least a month after my Biz app? Trying to earn CP for mid-March but don’t want my velocity to raise eyebrows.

Two cards back to back shouldn't be a problem (otherwise the double dip of Sapphires or other cards would not exist). If you prefer to be extra cautious, you could reduce the credit line on the Biz card you already met the MSR for or some other card in your Chase portfolio. The velocity concern is not simply about time, but about maximum credit extended by Chase (and them projecting a possibility of you maxing out all of your cards to calculate the liability risk). So, if you reduce some CLs it lowers that risk and could also improve your chances of an auto approval.
Royal Palms Resort and Spa in Phoenix.which hotel I can login and see what you mean.
Just know you’ll pay that and have no AC (don’t really need it), no TV, no internet. There are some hilarious reviews out there where people didn’t know that going in. But they must have done 0 research. I don’t camp. I don’t stay at the cabins with shared bathrooms you have to leave your cabin for! These cabins are rustic but have real beds, real bathrooms (showers only) and electricity. you Are paying for location and it is worth it.I am so shocked at these responses to be honest! I have been burned by the offsite agencies before. Now, we only rent through the big names with counters in MCO. Prices have been ridiculous the past year but UCT still offers 50% off when you buy any tickets. So, we have quite a collection of their $6 popcorn/drink tickets and get very reasonable rates without resorting to nu, ez, Payless, fox, sixt or any of the others with terrifyingly low reviews.
if you bought tix, you can just log back in to your account and book a car. It should give you the discount that way.Thank you for this awesome tip! I saved over $300 over Costco!
After I checked out, I happened to look in the FAQs and saw that you can get the car rental discount separately from the ticket purchase if you contact them. I wonder if any ticket purchase ever qualifies. Wouldn't be as convenient as just doing it yourself though.
Yes that’s correctThe SW SUBs are currently every 24mo not 48 like the sapphires correct?
I know it isn't on points but if at all possible I recommend staying in the park at Yellowstone. I split time between Old Faithful area and Canyon area. The distances between the different areas are a lot. It really helps not having to drive into the park to start your day and just walking over to Old Faithful to see it erupt - priceless.
I would recommend that In Grand Tetons as well - Signal Mountain Lodge is great. Some Hotel/Motel rooms and some cabins. We stayed in the cabins and they were great. Get the nachos on the deck at the restaurant there. Avoid Coulter Bay cabins. They were moved there from all over the area in the 50s and it looked like that was the last time they were cleaned. Small and a bit dirty.
