Based on what I’ve seen discussed elsewhere, I think it’s because of how large they are and also how many there are - it would cause WS traffic issues having the drawbridge up for so long. I just hope they at least end up partially submerged but I’m not counting on it.

I think I remember them discussing on the Dis Unplugged one week that the plan is to partially submerge them, not sure which ep as they cover Harmonious barges quite a but, might have been the one discussing it when the big circle one was brought out
