There isn’t really a right answer to the question, you’ll see people book them both ways, each with compelling reasons. A lot comes down to your specific touring style.
For us, it was definitely CLFP first, then regular FPs, for the most part. We are pretty good about sticking to a plan early in the day, but come mid-day, all bets are off - so I wanted the ability to modify FPs on my own, move them up, etc. I didn’t want to be in a position to have to modify any of the extra FPs as I didn’t want to be in the park on the phone having to deal with it.
Some will say do the regular ones first so you can get to refreshing earlier, but for us, I knew we weren’t likely to really need to/want to refresh anything else. Although for context, our typical park day is rope drop through early afternoon, then back to the resort for pool/recreation time.
