Yummy! It all sounds delicious I can't wait for the reviews.
I hear you on that first point ... Dinner Impossible just isn't the same with Michael Simon, even though I do like him.
October is a great time of year to visit the Mouse ... hopefully you'll get there sooner rather than later.
OK, one of you guys had better get a pic of those massive arms for me.
I like Mike Simon but he's not nearly as good on Dinner Impossible.
Yummy! It all sounds delicious I can't wait for the reviews.
They shoulda let him stay just an Iron Chef... he's not as frantic or excessive in his use of peaches as Robert is...
Just came back from a quickie trip to Virginia Beach with with my hubby. I am definately in.
Can't wait!
Ooo,Ooo,Ooh, I must be dreaming; there I was, eating my cheese plate last week at CG, and thinking of you (yes, I suppose I am a sick puppy; but I can't eat sushi or a cheeze plate and not think of ya'll and Plankton anymore.) I'm so glad to hear you're gonna make F&W after all, you know I have to get my F&W kicks vicariously until those darn kids get big enough to leave em home. Can't wait to hear more
Excellent
Really looking forward to this review!
Sarah
We are actually going to the PFTS on the 18th! Sorry, didn't mean to confuse you.
It's a running gag between friends of ours and my husband, that I can't wait to touch Chef Robert Irvine's massive arms. Cameras will be ready.
At least this time I know enough to ask for a ceramic pot for my tea. No spotted French press for this girl!
OK - I've got it! Make sure you get your picture taken with him while you're fondling his arms!
If Jeanne has the nerve to go up and get a pic of Robert's massive arms, I'll go up there, too. And I'll make sure Brenda has my camera to take a pic. How about we ask him to do a Gaston pose, and Jeanne and I act like the "silly girls"?
I'm kinda bummed that I don't have an opportunity to wear the tea cosy hat.
October 11th - This day is totally up in the air, although at the moment we're leaning towards MGM and a light breakfast at Starring Rolls. The other option is to just make this a really lazy day where we just hang out at the pool, in which case we might wander over to DTD and have breakfast at Wolfgang Puck Express. The reason for no real food plans is that we're gonna be stuffing our faces at Party for the Senseless at Epcot tonight. For those of you unfamiliar with PFTS, here's the official description:
Feast on this tribute to the sensory arts! Begin your evening with a reserved seat at the Eat to the Beat Concert Series at the America Gardens Theatre (we'll be skipping this, thanks anyway). Following the show, the World Showplace Pavilion becomes the setting for a sensational evening showcasing the talents of more than 25 eminent chefs and the diversity of over 70 wines and beers. Wander among tempting tasting stations in the midst of imaginative decor and live (not Cirque) entertainment.
We plan to grow large with food this evening and there may be a rumble at the cheese station if Kabuki and I arrive there at the same time ... stay tuned for further details!
