Smoke around your kids you are molesting their lungs and trying to kill them. It's much simpler than gun violence.
What about gun smoke? That's pretty nasty stuff.

I'm from FL... I'm used to seeing the "Don't Molest the Wildlife" signs. Your original post read entirely differently and I'm not the only one who thought that. You saw the word molest and didn't bother to think of alternative meanings.

You're dead?It is when they slowly kill their kids with smoke like my mom did to me

Had you said "...molest their children BY smoking..." I would have gotten it.
You're dead?
Watch out for scary clowns
Scary smoking clowns
Im thinking about getting me a scary clown outfit and walking around and scaring normal people
And this is ONE reason why I have a hard time with all these "laws" telling us how to live. No one enforces them! Or it's cherry picked. So why bother? Let us be free citizens and if we make bad choices, well, suffer the consequences!
I'll take your word for it. I don't really care that much. My point was that there are millions and millions of people in this country. All of us go to work, or travel for pleasure or just run errands every single day. We are not all worried about anyone shooting us and the odds of that happening are probably less then getting struck by lightning. You can look that up if you like, but, it doesn't really matter. Fact check away... I'm not running for office.Personally I think that the OP's post was ridiculous and rather insulting to the USA. And yes crap happens up here all the time.
But no per capita it does not work out to the same odds.

Depends on whether or not your hands are free. If they are it is absolutely no different then talking to someone sitting next to you in a car. Would you think that should not happen as well. You must go on some pretty quiet trips.Absolutely!! Even though I'm in the minority, i don't believe you should be able to talk on the phone while driving, either.
Hands free is fine, I was talking about phone to face, dialing etc..Plus texting obviously. It is extremely unnerving to look out the window and see a driver face down, doing whatever with their phone. YIKES!!!Depends on whether or not your hands are free. For Pete's sake, I'm not talking about DUI or anything. It's the stupid piddly laws that no one is going to enforce. If you won't enforce them, why have them??Because you don't live in your own little world. Your bad choices affect little innocent lives. Drinking and driving may be YOUR bad choice but others can suffer the consequences. Just SMH at the stupidity of your statement.
I agree completely. I just wanted to clarify that hands free is probably OK. In todays cars even the cheapest ones come equipped with Blue Tooth which works fine via the car speakers. I don't care about talking on the phone much while driving either but once in awhile it does come in handy.Hands free is fine, I was talking about phone to face, dialing etc..Plus texting obviously. And my trips are spent talking to the people IN my vehicle. I have no pressing need to call/text people while I'm in the car.
Except that I can waaaay more efficiently speed-dial my phone with one hand than I can get my stupid, annoying, piece-of-junk bluetooth to recognize voice commands in my road-noisy Nissan, which is actually super-distracting. Oh, and did I tell you about the time I turned my (push start) vehicle off when I was intending to hang-up a phone call...(true story ).I agree completely. Other things that are distracting? And will raise your risk of an accident?Even talking hands free is distracting and raises your risk of an accident.
