Is Pop currently using all resort rooms or has limited capacity? We have reservations in Oct. and another family wanted to reserve but there are none available so they booked elsewhere. I just thought if Pop wasn't using full capacity yet then maybe there would be a chance to get a room if more opened later. Thanks!
Unfortunately the selections on the app have been broken since before Covid. They have been reported to Disney numerous times, I just don't think they're interested in fixing it.Currently POP is using all resort rooms. From what I understand, in the first few months of reopening, the rooms in the 80's and 90's were not being used. That might be why those buildings still haven't been added to online requesting for those booked in standard and standard pool view rooms. BUT, that being said, those rooms are now open for guests.

How was the food court? Selections pretty decent? We've always used it as a staple during our trips...Hello all! I just got back from a great week long stay at Pop. I'm happy to answer any questions you might have. We did all 4 parks and used Disney transportation, we also ate at the food court in Pop and I may have made good use of the Petals pool bar as well. Let me know if you have questions!
The food court was ok. There still aren't as many selections as in the past. But I tried the chicken parm pasta for the first time and it was really decent. I never expect decent alfredo sauce and pasta from a quick service but I would order it again. We also did the spaghetti and meatballs with marinara (also good) and chicken fingers. All I would order again in the future. How was the food court? Selections pretty decent? We've always used it as a staple during our trips...
Definitely not the selection from the past, but I agree that the alfredo was good. I also had the turkey dinner with mashed potatoes and green beans which was a nice break from chicken tenders and burgers. Breakfast selections were extremely limited. With a 10 day stay, we were ready for different food. The food we had was good, but the selections were not plentiful. That being said, let's hope some of that selection changes soon with things opening back up!!How was the food court? Selections pretty decent? We've always used it as a staple during our trips...
This link will always take you to the current menu:How was the food court? Selections pretty decent? We've always used it as a staple during our trips...
I would also like to mention that one of our biggest frustrations was lack of being able to substitute with mobile order. My daughter didn't always want applesauce or a danimals as her side. She would've loved fries with her mac and cheese. Mobile order is definitely more rigid than ordering from a cast member. Be prepared for that everywhere on property. How was the food court? Did you hear anything or see any "signs" that we may be close to getting the Food Court back to normal (access to the Food Stations and Grab 'n Go)?Hello all! Movies were still on The Green! I saw no signs of food court back heading back to normal, but I would think that's got to be coming soon!! Fingers crossed!Did you hear anything or see any "signs" that we may be close to getting the Food Court back to normal (access to the Food Stations and Grab 'n Go)?
Are the Movies back at the Hippy Dippy Pool Deck or still at The Green (Lawn area between Building 5 and Classic Hall).
Glad you had such a FAR OUT TRIP.
TIA
I was struggling with this as well. We actually ended up ordering from AOA more than Pop because AOA allowed way more substitutions on the kid's breakfasts than Pop did.I would also like to mention that one of our biggest frustrations was lack of being able to substitute with mobile order. During the trip, the CM outside the food court that checked your phone went away so now you can come and go from the food court as you want. That may be a sign. I also think that, as the new College program kids come online, more will open up with new staffing.Did you hear anything or see any "signs" that we may be close to getting the Food Court back to normal (access to the Food Stations and Grab 'n Go)?

There was no bar seating but there were tables with umbrellas close by to sit at. I rarely had more than 1 or 2 other people in front of me. I was mostly there in the early evening - 7pm or so. I did notice a longer line on Saturday as we were leaving at about 3pm.How were the lines at Petals? Did you notice if they were letting people sit at the bar?
Thank you. Maybe seats at the bar will be back by Sept. I know not to expect it next week. There was no bar seating but there were tables with umbrellas close by to sit at. We didn’t find any long waits for the skyliner other than Epcot at closing time. Even that moved quickly. The line was intimidating but we were on in 20 minutes. We also did not rope drop HS though. How's the Skyliner doing now with waits for HS with combining folks? Is it a bit better?
