What are the current toiletries at the villas? Are they still individual or have they switched to the full bottles attached to the wall? Thank you
When I went in August they were individual bottles, if that has changed I’ll update you tomorrow when I check in.
Have a great trip!!!
Thanks.
There was some serious procrastination around here tonight, we leave for the airport in 3 hours and still haven’t finished packing.
At least you won’t have any trouble staying awake to pack!! Get moving!! Have a good flight!!
Just got back Saturday night. I had one bedroom DD2 had studio. Both had the H20 tubes, including lotion. We were thrilled. What are the current toiletries at the villas? Are they still individual or have they switched to the full bottles attached to the wall? Thank you
Flight was delayed in Philly, sat on the runway in Orlando for 20 minutes waiting for the guys with flashlights to wave us in to the gate but we finally made it. Got our room at 12, so can’t complain.

Don’t get us wrong, Disney World has some pretty cool water slides. But it also has one that haunts our dreams. Yep, we’re talking about the Keister Coaster. You either love it…or you’re absolutely terrified of it.
This watery deluge ramp of circus-based nightmares is the main feature of Luna Park Pool at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn. To be fair, it’s a pretty great pool (and slide!). But if you happen to be scared of clowns, it might not be your favorite. Whether you love it or hate it, Luna Park Pool is getting some TLC — and we have pics!
Don’t worry, the Keister Coaster is typically less scary to look at in the daytime. But right now, you can’t see it at all! When we got to Luna Park Pool today, we noticed some super tall sky-blue construction barriers up around the iconic clown head.
Barriers wrap around the side of the slide too, so no careening out of a jolly clown’s mouth for us.
There aren’t barriers or anything on the upper levels of the slide and we didn’t notice any workers or equipment, but it may still be included in the refurbishment.
The barriers have that classic construction Mickey sign saying, “Please Pardon Our Appearance. This Area is Being Refurbished For Your Enjoyment.”
Dear old Keister is closed for the time being!
Luna Park Pool as a whole, however, is OPEN and lifeguards are on duty. Today, the pool is available from 10AM to 10PM.
Any word on how long this will take?
We hope they’ll install a nice shiny new clown!Wow! It won’t be the same if The Clown doesn’t come back. Sure, he was kinda creepy, but I loved his uniqueness!

Luna Park Pool at Disney’s BoardWalk Resort may look a little funny this fall as work takes place on the Keister Coaster waterslide. We expect the waterslide to be unavailable October 5 through October 30, 2020, though dates are subject to change. Work in the pool area will continue through November 2020. Luna Park Pool, as well as 2 leisure pools at the Resort, will remain open during this refurbishment.
I hope so too! It was a unique part of the BWI pool.We hope they’ll install a nice shiny new clown!
This is from the DVC Resorts board thread. Take it for what you will.A boardwalk CM told us 2 weeks ago that the clown was going and it will be replaced with a collage of animals. Not sure if it is Disney animals or circus animals.
