I wish you the best of luck! I'm trying to drop 30 lbs. but after the age of 40 and 4 kids I just hope I can do.
 
Today was our day off so the boyfriend and I usually sleep in until around 12pm (I know we are lazy bones!) We decided to go to a Cub's game today at 1:05pm so we rushed out the door to get there in time.

Today's Menu:
Lunch: Buffalo Chicken Roller in a bun
Drinks: Diet Mountain Dew, 4 cups of water
Dinner: Naked Burrito Bowl from Qdoba with brown and pinto beans, pulled pork, lettuce, cheese, sour cream and guacamole
Snack: 6 oz of frozen yogurt

Exercise:
Walked about 20 minutes to the stadium outside (70 calories burned)


Net Calories:1500
40 under goal

I will do my weigh-in tomorrow as well, so we can see how much (if any) progress I made last week.
My goal tomorrow is to run/walk around the lake again to make up for the lazy day we had today. Keep me accountable! :wizard:

Today's Menu!
Breakfast: Chamomile Tea w/ Splenda
Lunch: Chicken Tortilla Soup from Chick-Fil-A
Dinner: Boneless/Skinless Chicken tenders in a crockpot w/salsa and a taco seasoning packet w/2 small tortillas, 1 tbsp of shredded cheddar cheese, 1/4 of a tomato chopped
Snacks: 1 twizzler, 6 oz of Orange Leaf Frozen yogurt
Drinks: 3 cans of Pepsi Max and 5 cups of water.



Exercise:
I ran/walked around the lake again for another 2 miles. It was about a 30 minute workout so I burned about 240 calories! I was going to walk around twice but it started raining and lightening


Tomorrow is our day off again so I am not sure if we will exercise or what the plan is, but Wednesday is supposed to be in the 70's so I will definitely be exercising outside again!

Ended the day at 1,006 calories with 284 left!

Dinner:1 small flour tortilla with the leftover chicken from yesterday and some shredded cheese
Snack: Veggie Straws

Exercise
No real exercise today, ran some errands and went to the gun range but nothing I can really count. Tomorrow I will definitely be running outside!

Dinner: 2 small chicken quesadillas
Snacks: 3/4 cups of Fruity Pebbles and 1/2 cup of milk, 10 small pretzel sticks, 2 twizzler
Drinks: 5 cups of water, 1 can of Mellow Yellow Zero, 1 beer, 5oz wine **


Exercise:
Ran/Walked around the lake. Ran a lot more than my last two times! About a 30 minute workout.

Calories Burned w/ workout: 271

Ended the day at 1,265 calories and had 25 remaining!

So I was going through my clothing since I start a new job on Monday and out of curiosity I pulled out my bucket of summer clothes and I was so discouraged to find that nothing fit me. I mean they fit but it was a struggle to get my shorts or skirts on :( I hope I can really stick to this new routine. My new job comes with free access to a gym so I should have no reason to not work out. On the days when I get out earlier than my boyfriend I should stay and exercise. I am just ready to get back into shape for myself, I just want to feel happier and healthier.

I did a lot of walking around the mall and running errands, just taking it easy because AF is getting the best of me today. :guilty:

Lunch: Skipped since I had a big breakfast
Dinner: Apian Way Homemade cheese pizza
Snacks: 6 triscuits (brown rice), 2 twizzlers, 3 small cookies
Drinks: 7 cups of water, 2 cups of diet coke,

Exercise:
I did my first power yoga class! It was very difficult at some points. I wasn't familiar with the poses and it was pretty fast paced, but I really enjoyed it and my muscles feel alive.

Ended the day at 1,278 calories with 12 remaining!

Exercise!
I went to yoga class again! It was definitely harder today, and was sweating so much, but I loved it. Today's class was all about love and passion and where those two things are lacking in life. I really reflected on that and want to make my life more full of love and passion! I feel very refreshed and strong!! It also has seemed to make my appetite totally disappear. I didn't have much to eat today and I haven't been hungry whatsoever, definitely out of the ordinary for me. :yay:

Calories consumed: 1,066 with 224 remaining.
My official weigh in for the week is tomorrow so hopefully Aunt Flow won't affect the numbers to much since I am winding down... we will see!

Exercise!
Ran for 25 minutes and walked for 8. Burned 310 calories!

Started my new job today and I am in love with it. Seems like a great company to work for and I hope I can succeed!

Dinner: 6 inch wheat ham and turkey w/pepperjack cheese (subway)

Exercise:
Walked to and from Subway (took about 20 minutes total)

Ended the day with 281 calories left out of my 1,290


4/16 Menu!
Breakfast: Banana and a cup of coffee w/cream
Lunch: The other half of my subway sandwich
Dinner: BBQ Nachos
Snacks: 2 Hershey Kisses, 1 Twizzler, 1 serving of cereal


Exercise:
Walked to the sports arena from work (30 minutes at a fast pace) and walked around our two buildings (moderate pace for 30 minutes).

Ended the day w/142 calories remaining

Man! I feel like I finally have time to catch up! Not too much time since I just got home from work at 6:15pm and I have to leave for yoga at 7:30pm but finally a little breather where I can check in! I love my new job so far. Right now it's a lot of reading because I have to study for the license portion, but I am in love with everything about it!

As for exercising I am keeping up with it and I am proud! I am going to yoga again tonight and since I have the weekends off for the next 7 weeks, I am going to go on Saturday as well! I was happy to see 185 on the scale yesterday, I am still not convinced that ours works so I may pick one up this weekend, but I will take a loss!

Dinner: Chicken patty on ciabata bun w/ a few BBQ chips

Breakfast: Pancake and sausage on a stick
Lunch: 1 cup of chicken noodle soup and some slice turkey w/ bbq sauce
Dinner: Pizza
Snacks: Cherry Jello, Kettle Chips
Drinks: Water, Coffee, Diet Mountain Dew, and 1 beer

Ended the day 1493 cal consumed over goal by 203 calories.

Lunch: Premium Grilled Chicken Club w/a few fries
Dinner: 4 wonton tacos from Applebee's
Snacks: 6 brown rice triscuits, 2 small chocolate chip cookies
Drinks: Lots of water, diet coke, two pints of Leinenkugel's Summer Shandy


Exercise:
60 minutes of power yoga. Ran 1 mile and walked 1 mile!


Ended the day with 1,288 consumed with 2 calories left.

I am going to weigh myself again tomorrow, my scale is just annoying me like crazy, but hopefully I will have lost some weight this week!

Lunch: Crunchwrap Supreme
Dinner: Cheeseburger and lots of fries!
Snacks: None
Drinks: Water, and unfortunately a lot of wine and beer!

Today was definitely a cheat day, I ended up netting at 1,873 calories so I was over 583. :scared1:


Exercise: Nada.

Breakfast: Banana and coffee w/splenda
Lunch: 1/2 a cup of cottage cheese and a few slices of turkey breast
Dinner: Chicken Quesadilla
Snacks: Grande non-fat no whip White Chocolate Mocha Frap, 2 rice cakes
Drinks: Lots of water and 1 bottle of diet pepsi

Ended the day at 1,286 calories w/4 remaining

Dinner: Half a pork tenderloin sandwich with a very small portion of fries
Snacks: Pretzel Sticks
Drinks: 4 ounces of red wine and a bottle of beer

Net 1,290 calories (broke even!)


Exercise:
Ran for 15 minutes at 5.0 pace

I am going to get a BRAND NEW scale tomorrow to compare with the one I have. According to my scale I have gained weight which seems a little cray cray. I will compare the two and hope ours is wrong, but if it's not it doesn't matter because I can feel my body changing and getting stronger. :banana:
