I was there on opening night , same day the Villas opened and stayed .

The lounge is open ! Several bartenders and staff from Trader Sam's came over. Nate was there and I helped him "break in" the bar as he put it haha. They're serving amazing food , the Ceasar salad with prime steak along with the molten lava cake was incredible.

Per a manager CM "This is just Phase 1 , wd have more surprises in store."
I'm very hopeful as the Villas are amazing !

They are the only ones that are guaranteed a balcony. I know some of the other duo studios do, but not nearly all of them. Not sure about the deluxe studios in terms of percentage..

Thanks for the correction. We'll never have enough points for a 1 BR there . Bought just enough for a studio every 2 years for a week+.

Like very very much. Great location with balconies all facing pool area. Entry area are back at bbq area with the doors at end of main building hallways to go through the building. Can go through pool area, down main hallways, or take the path around the south side of building to the rear garden room area. (Nice that each Duo studios categories are mostly with balcony the entire building. Just not ones upper monorail pool side next to grand villas or far west end of building.)

This is only the Garden Duos. There are only 4(?) of them -- 2 of which are delcared. The other 30+ duos are in the main building.

The duos having balconies is definitely a game changer. I thought we would only do a studio, but hubby and I might do duo sometimes. The merch looks awesome! I hope they still have a lot when we go in March.

Just a guess from the floor plans. The 4 preferred Duo’s on each side of grand villas and the 5 standard on the rear end (west end) of the southern wing. No balconies. Each stack of Duo’s in the angle creases top to bottom have the balcony.
