I don't care who Daryl gets together with as long as he showers and gets a hair cut.

OK, I only recognized a few of the heads on the pikes (doesn't help that I'm terrible with names)...

    Henry (obvious)
    The girl who liked Henry
Enid (right?... with the "crooner boyfriend")
The girl from the group going to Hilltop
The two guys who were patrolling the road(?)

I didn't recognize Tara, but that wouldn't surprise me either.

That's at least four people that she someone took out of the Kingdom with no one noticing? I can't believe they didn't have anyone on watch towers and I can't believe Alpha had some secret way in/out.

Yeah, with a ZA show (made after a comic) it is expected we need to suspend disbelief a bit but it's gotten to be way too much to suspend. Yet I keep watching.

ok so I'm very confused. We watched Walking Dead last night from my dvr and I did not see this bloodbath/killings. I asked my DH this morning if I fell asleep and he said no. Then I mentioned to him if he saw all the killings and he didn't know what I was talking about. The very last scene I saw was at the movies when Lydia's mom sat next to her. Was there more scenes after that? When the show ended for us there were no upcoming scenes - our recording just ended. I'm wondering if my dvr cut off. So were the killings after that point? I think there will be a repeat tonight that I will record. Ugh - some action and we miss it - lol.

mamamary, your dvr probably cut off at 10. I've heard a lot of people saying theirs did. The episode was on until 10:25. I'm sorry you missed it. I'm sure you can find it online somewhere though, and see the last 25 minutes. You HAVE to see it!

I just set it to record at 1am and saw it was around 85 mts. Darn it. Usually my dvr doesn’t mess up but of all times.

I'm sure it will be on again right before this weeks episode too. I bet a TON of people missed it.

Someone made a boo boo with the time. I watched it live but I noticed my DVR shut off at 10, even when I pressed the info button it said the show was over at 10. Not sure why no one airing the show realized it was over an hour, it usually is, even if it's just by 4 or so minutes.

Some suspect it was a ploy to get folks to watch Into the Badlands for ratings purposes.

FWIW, I have Dish Network and it correctly recorded all 85 minutes. I'm set to record The Walking Dead, not from 9p-10p.

I have Direct TV Now and have the same setup for recording shows. You don't set the time, but the show. I still lost the last 25 minutes as the DVR cut it off anyway. I was however able to see the whole thing on amc.com with the DTVNOW login, thankfully. Very frustrating!

They even mentioned it at the beginning of Talking Dead (which was on after Badlands). So it was a network error with the time slot. Luckily I watched it live but I was wondering why my DVR stopped recording and almost turned it off thinking it was over too.

I had a love/hate relationship with this episode. I was glad to be shocked for the first time in a while but I hated the time hopping and was very confused by the characters in the beginning. Have we even seen these people before, LOL? It was like they brought in new characters just to have someone to kill. And I was also not believing they were able to sneak so many people out without anyone noticing.

I agree with that. They really do shove that show down our throats. They also didn't show previews for next week right after TWD, they showed it during Badlands. Ridiculous.

Yes to the bolded!! I watch with my mom and she came in a couple of minutes after the episode started. The first thing I said to her was, I have no idea who these people are, don't ask! lol

I think they took most of them during the movie (my theory) so they wouldn't necessarily be missed immediately.

But of the at least four(?) people they took from the Kingdom...
    1) Not one yelled, screamed, put up a fight?
    2) Don't they still have a watch posted? Shouldn't they have seen someone leaving by the gates?
    3) Alpha took all of them by herself? She was the only whisperer IN the Kingdom, right?

all valid points. I can't remember how they did it in the comics.
