Floridian peoples interested in camping at somewhere other than the Fort on a holiday

Well, we're actually there for the weekend before Halloween, the 22nd - 27th.

I may look at everyone's dates, then call sometime soon, and see what can be worked out.

The only thing is we WILL all be in the same level of site and the same loop. I know folks in the October group are reserved in all four levels of sites, so we would have to agree on full, preferred, or premium. (a pet loop would also be required.)

I just called group sales - 6pm Thursday - nothing in the system yet. They said to try again late afternoon on Friday.

You were the inspiration for all this Carol since you got us the group rate with your Tab Rally last year. I thought of the group rate when I saw how expensive this was going to be for us individually. I'm not sure if I can make Halloween because we're doing a few days of Spring Break, 4th of July and Thanksgiving at the fort. Any more trips my ex will be taking me to court for more support lol.

Actually, I didn't set up the group reservation for that one in October. The lady that did set it up was a long time Castmember for Reedy Creek. I just assumed that the HUGE discount was because she was a CM. (You know, the one that had the skunk )

I just talked to Dina at 12:50 EST and she said at any minute so just be patient. They've had some system problems and she's doing a lot of stuff manually.

She asked what about 4th of July? How many? Should I start another thread?

I just called and made mine. Donnie you did good, I guess I never read that it said $63 total, so I expected it to be $63 plus tax. No it is $63 a night total.

We're booked!!! Arriving Friday, departing Monday. We're gonna have 4 adults in our reservation, and the deposit was still only $63. So we're either not charged extra adults, or they will charge it at checkin.

I usually get it off, but with the way things are going my boss probably will say that we aren't getting a extra day. I will take 1 day as vacation but which day are most people getting off? Friday or Monday?

We're gonna stay about 10 days this year. I plan on arriving around the 2nd. We don't all have to stay the same length I don't think.

There's no contract yet for the 4th. The only contract where you can call and actually make reservations is Memorial Day. Just add your name to the list and stay tuned!! The group reservations lines are only open business hours Monday through Friday anyway.
