Not sure that is what it is saying. I am one of those people who is staying at home except for work and grocery shopping. But I also don't see how going to Kohl's because your kids need new shoes or summer clothes is any more risky than going to Walmart because you need dish soap. I think most of the higher risk places of business are shut down (in the majority of the state) - in door dinning, bars, gyms, personal services, etc. The one thing that isn't closed that I think that should be are Casinos. I have mixed feelings about travel for leisure I think it CAN be done safely but I also don't think we should be encouraging people to do so.
