OK, fellow Plats. Just curious as to how many of you have taken advantage of the exclusive check-in program? We've never stayed at the HRH before, and I don't think we're going at too busy a time of year (next Thursday). Any disadvantages of doing this? Will they still call your cell phone to let you know your room is ready? I am just wondering if this is more trouble than it's worth (I am assuming that we'll have to make copies of my driver's license and credit cards front and back, etc and fax it in). Here is the email we received yesterday:

Basically, it's designed so you do not have to wait in line at the front desk, to check-in! Or listen to the same spiel you've heard a million times! If you are interested please call or e-mail, so we can send the form to pre-register you. Once that form has been completely filled out and returned, it takes 2 days to process. We look forward to your arrival!
